Hey Wilt, nice video...loved the series thus far.
With ATo @ 2m in on AJx. I think I'm normally calling river here with no read given we block some QT and like you said - we are 3-betting a lot of those hands that make 2 pair pre-flop. Sure, we can have some QT and some A7/77 (I'm normally 3-betting that bvb), but I tend to air a little more on the cally side when I first sit down on Bovada tables. This could be a leak, but being it's a BvB situation and the guy looks to be stealing 100% so far, if we look him up we do get some information on him as well which is valuable early too.
I know this is a close spot, but the pot is starting to get big on the river and these are the middlish pots I'm trying to get better at playing through my database (the small ones tend to be straight forward as are the big ones).
Which hands are you calling down here with? Given our blocker to the nuts, shouldn't we be calling this river?
Thanks!
The tough part about these spots is that vs someone excellent, it's a call. Vs someone bad, it's a fold. So you're really in a situation where you have to decide how the population plays these situations and how many people in your games are going to realize how many call-call-fold hands you can have here. The more that realize that, the more willing you should be to call and vice versa.
