So I got the trial version of piosolver and put this hand in for some analysis. I wanted to see which combos it had you bluffing on the river and how many bluffs to value bets we want in this spot. Putting in the ranges for hero and villain was tedious but in the end it does have us bluffing with every combo of JTo that contains a diamond as well as a number of pair+straight draws (i.e. 56s, 86s) I guess because you block some of his sets. I also noticed it has villain folding QTs but calling with all combos of QTo that contain a diamond (assuming he 3bets those preflop).

The program is really interesting. You can use the free version to evaluate turn and river spots. I've been going through some other videos to try to find some hands that might be interesting to evaluate.
